This Privacy Policy of Personal Data (hereinafter – Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the website "Smart Search for Website - SmartSearch" (hereinafter – SmartSearch), located on the domain name smartsearch.com.ua (as well as its subdomains), may receive about the User during the use of the website smartsearch.com.ua (as well as its subdomains), its programs, and its products. 1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.1. "Site Administration" (hereinafter – Administration) – authorized employees managing the website "Smart Search for Website - SmartSearch", who organize and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) carried out with personal data.

1.1.2. "Personal Data" – any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject).

1.1.5. The website "Smart Search for Website - SmartSearch" – a set of interconnected web pages located on the Internet at the unique address (URL): smartsearch.com.ua, as well as its subdomains.

1.1.6. "Subdomains" – pages or sets of pages located on third-level domains belonging to the website "Smart Search for Website - SmartSearch", as well as other temporary pages, at the bottom of which the contact information of the Administration is indicated.

1.1.7. User of the website "Smart Search for Website - SmartSearch" (hereinafter User) – a person who has access to the website "Smart Search for Website - SmartSearch" via the Internet and uses the information, materials, and products of the website "Smart Search for Website - SmartSearch".

1.1.8. "Cookies" — a small fragment of data sent by the web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server in each HTTP request when trying to open the corresponding website's page.

1.1.9. "IP Address" — a unique network address of a node in a computer network through which the User accesses SmartSearch. 2.1. The User's use of the website "Smart Search for Website - SmartSearch" signifies agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User's personal data.

5.5. The Administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data. 6.1. The User has the right to:

6.1.1. Make a free decision about providing their personal data necessary for using the website "Smart Search for Website - SmartSearch" and give consent for their processing.

6.1.2. Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes to this information.

6.1.3. The User has the right to receive from the Administration information related to the processing of their personal data, if such a right is not restricted according to the laws. The User has the right to demand that the Administration clarify their personal data, block them, or destroy them if the personal data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or not necessary for the declared purpose of processing, as well as to take the measures provided by law to protect their rights. 6.2. The Administration is obliged to:

6.2.2. Ensure the storage of confidential information in secrecy, not to disclose it without the prior written consent of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose by other possible ways the personal data of the User, except for points 5.2. of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect such information in existing business practices.

6.2.4. Block personal data relating to the respective User from the moment of the User's request or the request of their legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of data subjects for the period of verification in case of discovering unreliable personal data or unlawful actions. 7.1. The Administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is liable for damages incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the law, except in cases provided for in points 5.2. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration is not liable if such confidential information:
7.2.1. Became public property before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was received from a third party before being received by the Administration of the Resource.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User's consent.

7.3. The User is fully responsible for complying with the requirements of the law, including laws on advertising, on the protection of copyright and related rights, on the protection of trademarks and service marks, but not limited to the listed, including full responsibility for the content and form of materials.

7.4. The User acknowledges that the responsibility for any information (including, but not limited to: data files, texts, etc.) to which they may have access as part of the website "Smart Search for Website - SmartSearch" lies with the person who provided such information.

7.5. Before filing a lawsuit with a claim regarding disputes arising from the relations between the User and the Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal or an electronic proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2. The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant of the results of the claim review in writing or electronically within 30 calendar days from the day of receiving the claim.

8.3. In case of no agreement, the dispute will be submitted for consideration to the court.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment of its placement on the website "Smart Search for Website - SmartSearch", unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
